This kit will slowly reduce the inflamation of the achilles tendon. It is formulated  only for that tendon. Minor inflamation of the Achilles tendon may managed by Tendinitis Massage Oil and Tendon Sheathing Massage Oil but major inflamation only responds to this series of oils. Needed but not supplied is a pound of beauty clay (green is best) which mixes with the two smaller bottles of essential oils. A chart for mixing oils and clay and their application is supplied.
Essenial oils: 50 ml bottle - chamomile & lavender in grape seed oil.
Hot compress oil- chamomile & lavender
